What an incredible evening at Homer's Gumbo Pot!

Our August Meetup was amazing. We had the opportunity to hear the entrepreneurial journey of Homer’s Gumbo Pot, how they started their local business without much capital, and continued to preserve despite location changes. They also discussed how they have tailored customer experience and offerings, directly from feedback they’ve received from guests.

It was great to see so many familiar faces and meet a few new ones! After learning more about Homer’s we drive right into other topics of discussion such as rural economic development, the housing market, AI, and more! One of the best things about RGYP, is that we all come with questions and leave with broader viewpoints. Nothing quite hits like interesting conversations around a huge dinner table!
